marketing team, attended an all day, public seminar on the
subject of Direct Mail Marketing in Research Triangle Park,
in December, 1996.
Called "Successful Direct Mail
Marketing: How To Use It The Right Way," it is probably
the best collection of baseline direct marketing, direct
response information I have seen in one place.
The content is outstanding. The
handouts are comprehensive. The experience base of
the presenter, George Wehmann, president of Raleigh based
Direct Marketing Resources Group, is based in real world
experience with established, proven, direct marketing organizations
such as Readers Digest, American Express, Merrill Lynch
- organizations who have all the direct response resources
in place to do it effectively.
I would not hesitate to recommend
this and other seminars conducted by George Wehmann to people
in IBM Marketing and Sales.
